CINEMA LEGEND FORBES JOINS JACOBI IN NEW FEATURE

Kewhaven is delighted to announce the addition of veteran actor-writer-director-producer Bryan Forbes CBE to the cast of its forthcoming feature Shades of Greye.

Hugely celebrated for films such as An Inspector Calls, Séance On A Wet Afternoon, Whistle Down The Wind, King Rat and nominated for an Oscar for The Angry Silence, (which recently led to a coveted BAFTA Fellowship), Forbes work as a screenwriter and actor propelled him to the forefront of British cinema almost immediately he left RADA. And he conquered in almost every area he ventured – in the end even taking charge of film studio EMI

“It is a profound honour for us to have Bryan on board. But the man's something of an unnatural miracle: he is just too accomplished in too many areas!” says director-writer David Bartlett. “I’m totally thrilled that he seems to like this story so much, and can’t wait to work with him, Derek Jacobi and the rest of the cast so far assembled.

Kewhaven announced the attachment of British acting giant Sir Derek Jacobi CBE to its first feature project, Shades of Greye a few months ago. He joins the aristocracy of classic British film Edward Hardwicke, Dudley Sutton and of course the great Bryan Forbes.
